Report: Zillow Hires Bankers Ahead of IPO Xconomy

Following an eventful 2010 that included a change at the helm and major pairings with Yahoo Real Estate and Apartments.com, Seattle’s Zillow appears to be gearing up for its IPO by reportedly signing on Citigroup. Adding apartment listings looks like a strategic move for Zillow whose booming Mortgage Marketplace could take a hit from the housing market slump.
